During the coronavirus pandemic, families in Texas have found fun and creative ways to spend time together as we sheltered in our homes to prevent and slow the spread of COVID-19. It’s uplifting to see how so many are making the best of the situation and becoming closer.
But behind some doors is a much darker reality – one that involves the abuse and neglect of innocent children. And as shelter-in-place orders lift, I am concerned about what we will find.
