Buckner Kenya 25th Anniversary in Kitale and the Masai Mara Preserve

During the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Buckner Kenya, the board of Buckner International visited ministry in Kitale and Cherangani.

We visited the Family Hope Center, Reynolds Medical Clinic and School in Cherangani, and the Family Hope Center, clinic and school called Seed of Hope in Kitale.

Pastor Jason Paredes, Dr. David Reyes, Brenda Trevino, Dr. Gena Jerkins, Abena Asante, Lisa Eady, Tim Lancaster, Dan Lindh, Karyn Martin, Stephanie LeBlanc, James Westbrooks, and Alicia Howell were able to see and experience the ministry of Buckner Kenya firsthand.

Of course, some of the group stayed behind for a Safari at the Masai Mara Preserve. The images we captured we stunning, almost surreal.

Fifteen years ago, I brought my two younger sons, Thomas and David, with me to visit Kenya. This time I was able to bring our eldest son, Joshua, for a spectacular trip in Kenya and an incredible safari experience.

The Lord was good, the fellowship was amazing, and the celebration of all that the Lord has done in Kenya through Buckner Kenya was over the top.

Chris Allert and Kayla Coleman did an excellent job planning this trip and leading us through multiple airports and venues for an amazing trip.

Dickson Masindano, Executive Director of Buckner Kenya, was an outstanding host. His leadership team and staff did an incredible job hosting us and serving us in so many ways. Hope really does shine in Kenya!
